Sri Chinmoy's students

Sri Chinmoy Centres:

Sri Chinmoy's philosphy of self-transcendence is well suited to life in the West, where seekers have many opportunities to develop their innate goodness. In recognition of this, and in order to foster both inner and outer development, over 350 Sri Chinmoy meditation Centres have been founded in over 60 countries around the world. Here Sri Chinmoy's students, whose lives are based on daily meditation practices, offer through their communities a variety of cultural and sporting activities in promoting personal well being and global harmony.

As Sri Chinmoy says:

" We are all seekers, and our goal is the same: to achieve inner peace, light, and joy, to become inseparably one with our Source, and to lead lives full of true satisfaction.

In over forty three years Sri Chinmoy had written over 1,600 books on all aspects of the spiritual life. His spiritual reflections are mostly expressed as essays, teachings and in books of poetry. He has also written many 'Question and Answer' books which give advice for aspiring seekers, in particular questions on meditation and living a fulfilled, content and happy life.
