If I have just one aim,
And if that aim is to be myself,
Then I am bound to discover joy,
True joy, eternal joy.

I am happy because I always choose the right moment.
I am happy because I am a good listener.
I am happy because I keep my voice down.
I am happy because I do not try to convince others.
I am happy because I do not complain.
I am happy because I have realised that the most important thing in my life is,
I am happy because I unreservedly accentuate the good in others.
I am happy because I have considerably cut down on my desiring needs.
I am happy because I follow my thought-control program every day.
I am happy because I never quit.
I am happy because every day I offer my heart of gratitude to the Supreme.
I am happy because a daily prayer of mine is:

“O my Beloved Supreme,
Do transform the world
Starting with me, my life, my all.”

I am happy because every day I cry to see the Real in me,
Which is oneness with the Will of the Supreme.

Discipline your mind.
You will be happy.

Aspire from your heart.
You will be happier.

Surrender to God’s-Lihgt
What you have
And what you are.
You will be the happiest person on earth.

Do you want to be always happy?
Then give up fighting
For negativity
And learn the beautiful art
Of self-encouragement.

You want to end your unhappiness.
I tell you, there is one way
To end your unhappiness,
And that is to end your constant feeling
Of unpleasant unworthiness.

The problem with fault-finding
Is that he who finds fault with others
Is in no way a happy person
Even after he has successfully
Accomplished his task.

Change yourself internally.
Enjoy yourself delightfully -
Today, tomorrow and every day.

Here is the secret of my happiness:
I keep the mouth of my little self closed
And the heart of my big Self open.

True happiness
Is not a mental hallucination.
True happiness
Is not a complacent feeling.
True happiness
Is the spontaneous feeling of joy
That comes from knowing
You are doing the right thing
And leading a divine life.

Instead of telling the world
What it is supposed to do,
Why don’t you immediately do it yourself?
In this way, I assure you,
Your happiness will be surprisingly multiplied.

Remain always
In the sunshine of your heart
Until its illumining rays
Have also flooded your mind.
