Lahiri Mahasaya was the Guru of Sri Yukteswar
Lahiri Mahasaya has been heralded as being responsible for the simplification of Kriya Yoga. Traditionally the union of the individual soul with the Supreme Self through Yoga has been a much more difficult task. But thanks to Lahiri Mahasaya and his Guru Babaji, he simplified the processes as he was taught, of Raja Yoga into a few stages and made it available to the common man.
